Second Workshop of the White Policy Paper

The Second Workshop of the White Policy Paper, organized within the scope of the EU Support Project for Sustainable Urban Mobility in Cities, took place in Ankara on February 26–27, 2025!

Over the course of the two-day workshop, productive discussions were held to develop sustainable urban mobility policies, and critical topics were addressed through group work:

✅ Sustainable urban mobility goals were evaluated.

✅ The strategy and roadmap were discussed.

✅ Alternatives related to the necessary legislation and institutional structure were comprehensively addressed.

✅ Challenges and recommendations regarding financial strategies and resource allocation were discussed.

✅ Proposed prerequisite actions at the national level were debated.

✅ Forward-looking actions at both local and national levels were identified.

✅ Alternatives for monitoring and continuous improvement mechanisms were considered.

Throughout the program, ideas that will shape the future of urban mobility in Turkey were exchanged and solutions were shared. We thank all our stakeholders for their valuable contributions!
